Attorney Beth Murphy is a graduate of UMASS Amherst and Suffolk University Law School. She is the mother of two young adults and two dogs. Beth has been practicing law since 2002 when she first opened her practice. Prior to opening her practice she was a legal intern with the Department of Social Services (now known as DCF) and also worked as a secretary for a local personal injury firm.
In her spare time, Beth volunteers with various positions to include SESP ( Special Education Surrogate Parent), in which she serves the role of parent in regards to education for a child in the foster care system. She is also the co-Director of the Family Advocacy Alliance, an arm of the Parent Professional Advocacy League (PPAL) helping families of children with mental illness advocate for their needs with their legislators.
